Telegram chats
One active chat per tenant. The bot delivers digests + the triage keyboard to whichever chat is marked active. Reactivating a different chat requires deactivating the current one first.

Link a new chat
- If a chat is already active, deactivate it above first (only one active chat per tenant).
- Open Telegram and find your Bellwether bot.
- Send
/startin the chat. - Refresh this page — the chat appears under "active".
Group chats work the same way: add the bot to the group, then send /start from the group. The bot will refuse /start if another chat is already active
and tell you to use this page first.
