Not used by the daily runs. The morning pipeline reads only news articles (filter → triage → signals → trends → digest); this corpus is never consulted there. It is stored, searchable, read-only background material — the foundation for the planned agent-query interface that will let agents read it on demand. Until that ships, it informs nothing automatically.
